Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via in-person, phone or email.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Excellent in-person / phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer skills.
