● Assisting members with bookings, everyday queries and requests.
● Answering member’s calls and replying to emails within a 48hr turnaround time
● Outgoing programs for member promotions and up to date special offers
● Competent to work as a team member and individually.
● Must be professional and punctual.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills- English language.
● Problem solving skills
● Knowledge of Registry Collection for banking, resorts, etc.
● Understanding of all affiliated companies
● Dealing with problem members and complaints
● Management Charge Collection when required RESPONSIBILITIES-
● Use maximum urgency in raising any concerns that the execution of the above duties may cause and address with your immediate supervisor or manager, your inability to do so and the reasons why Public Relation Officer Job Des Page 1 of 3
● Ensure that you are fully aware of all the benefits of the Club and its related memberships, so that you are able to provide all owners with appropriate replies
● Treat all owners with the respect they deserve and ensure that all your communication is done in a friendly but polite manner
● Never misrepresent the company or its products and never make assurances of services you cannot deliver
● Have all your working tools and collateral in good working order and presentable condition ● Never use company collateral or equipment for private reasons
● Be flexible with working times and if unable to attend the office, ensure your immediate managers or supervisors are told and make sure that the work left pending is followed up, by another team member, so that Club members are not left waiting for a reply due to personal reasons
● Log all communication may this written or verbal, as instructed by your Managers or supervisors, in the method and under the guidelines given to you during your probation period
● Log appropriately and where relevant any and all payments you may have received from owners for services provided in respect of their membership
● Make no alterations or changes to the official documentation provided by the Company, unless so authorized by your Manager and or immediate superior, and on request of Club members
● Present yourself at all times in a befitting manner and address accordingly, so that you may not cause concern or discomfort to other team members or Club members
● Familiarize yourself with all documentation, policies and guidelines applied by the Company in all its offices
● Make every effort to treat all your colleagues throughout the Group with politeness and professionalism

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
