Customer Service Representative
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls chats and emails for UK-based customers.
Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and SLAs.
Manage escalations with a customer-first approach.
Consistently meet KPIs and performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
Positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude.
