Join our high-performing, close-knit team at our Midvale branch. In this role, you'll work together with both our Sales and Operations teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, positive experience with Midalia Steel.

About your experience
Responsibilities include:
Managing customer enquiries via phone & email
Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s
Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
General administration duties
You’re a collaborative team player with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Energetic and driven, you excel in fast-paced environments and take pride in finding effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in customer service and or sales administration
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
