Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CSR to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our viewers enjoy a smooth and engaging experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist users with account setup, subscription management, and content-related queries.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, app usage, or device compatibility.
· Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
· Contribute to improving customer support processes and help create FAQs or knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 6 months – 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in OTT, media, or tech-related industries. Good Communication skills.
· Basic troubleshooting skills and comfort with digital platforms and streaming services.
· Strong problem-solving ability and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with CRM systems or helpdesk tools is a plus.
