The Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound role is an integral part of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd's customer service team. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, orders, and complaints. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience, building trust and loyalty with our clients.
• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Assist customers with order placement, ensuring a smooth and error-free process.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering effective solutions.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful tone throughout customer interactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an asset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
