About the Role
Our Chlor-Alkali manufacturing facility located in Lytton QLD produces Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrochloric Acid and Caustic Soda for the water treatment industry, swimming pool industry and local industrial customers. We have a dedicated distribution network that services our clients throughout QLD and NSW.
We are seeking a permanent, full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our small, close‑knit Customer Service team. Working Monday to Friday, full-time hours with flexible start time, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing high‑quality support via phone and email and ensuring a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, building relationships, and taking pride in accurate and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Coogee’s product range
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, including orders, deliveries, and general queries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery scheduling and issue resolution
Process customer orders and enquiries promptly and accurately
Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records and delivery information across the team
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
The successful candidate
Previous experience in an office‑based customer service or logistics role
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
High attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn
Competent with Microsoft Office (experience with Oracle or similar systems is advantageous; training provided)
