Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion.
Understanding the customer requirements and assisting them
Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer, and building the customer&confidence
Process emails/chats/cases; work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
Competency Requirements
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of computers, the internet & online shopping
Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 work environment
