Position: Customer Service Executive Location: Nagpur (Mihan) Education : Min HSC, graduation or Post Graduation in any stream. Salary: 12K to 15K Shifts: Fixed Night shifts Work Week: Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are fixed off. Job Description: To provide client support and issue resolution via Phone, Chat/ E-Mail and other electronic media. Maintaining and analyzing databases. To write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Interpret data from various formats Ability to calculate and use the data for further procedures Maintaining database in an organized manner Working with and in the team. Desired Skills : Candidate should possess good communication skills All UG/Grad/ PG, Fresher or experienced are eligible BE/ B Tech candidates are also being hired Candidates should possess fair knowledge of the internet, Operating Systems, etc. Quick learning ability and implementation skills Confident enough to interact & deal with the clients Should be able to work & excel in a dynamic and changing work environment Excellent interpersonal skills Candidate should be an excellent team player.
