We are Hiring for BPO/Call Center
Post - Customer Service Representative ( International Process )
Location - Jaipur
Salary - 14,000 to 18,000 in Hand + PF & ESIC + One Way Cab + Incentives
Eligibility - 10+2 is a must
Fresher and Experienced Candidate can apply
Terms: - 5 days a week (Sat.-Sun. Off) + hours
Note- Candidate should be Comfortable with the shift Timing. - Australia-(5:00am-2:00pm) UK-(2:pm-11:00pm)
Requirements: -
Must be Good in English Communication.
Computer literate.
Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles.
Quality of Persuasiveness to convince the customer.
Tenacious with never gives up and never stops attitude.
Duties And Responsibilities: -
To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound calls.
To explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
