Qualifications : Hsc with experience Graduate
freshers are welcome (not taking btech Or it graduate )
Shifts : Rotational Uk shift 11am to 4am
Week off : 2 Rotational off
Salary : 18k to 30k + performance bonus from 1k to 4k
Experience : any experience but excellent communication both speech n written
Age criteria : 40years
Typing speed min 25wpm
Interview process for walkin
1.Manager round
2.Boe ( grammar test 60% score) and mock session of chat
Centralized pickup and drop
Documentation very strict
Salary slip with PF number /bank statement with company name.
Experience letter for last 2 company
Salary for Fresher – 21K net and for experienced – 38K net basis LDS and relevant experience (Avoid any miscommunication from your end with regards to the salary brackets).
Exceptions on Experian or on any documents would be given on case-to-case basis the nature of the profile.
HSC + minimum 6 months of International Voice Customer Service experience and above or Graduate freshers are only entertained (Should have all the documents related to Experience/Education as per the policy). HSC Freshers can also be entertained provided they are not regular college students.
