Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inquiries and resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, and assisting in problem resolution.
Qualifications
• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Graduate in any stream with relevant experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
