Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bengaluru. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and politely. You will also work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, respond to customer emails, and process customer requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and diffuse difficult situations
• Experience in handling a high volume of customer inquiries and requests
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
