Two shifts available, either Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm or Monday to Friday 10.30am – 7pm
Deliver outstanding service to customers throughout New Zealand
Handle queries over the phone or via email
Take ownership for your customer queries and provide individual solutions to suit specific needs
Liaise with other departments and third parties to implement solutions
Manage a case load of queries at different stages of resolution
