Are you enthusiastic about sales and committed to providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a customer focussed and sales-driven customer service representative to join our dynamic NZ team. The National Storage Contact Centre is a small close-knit team based in our Auckland office in Newmarket. You will report into the Contact Centre Supervisor in NZ and work closely with the Brisbane Contact Centre and Storage Centres across NZ and Australia.
Ideally you will have previous customer service experience in a Call Centre environment and a demonstrated ability to deliver a highly efficient and consistent standard of service. Shift hours will be Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, and Sunday +.30am-6pm, with Friday and Saturday off.
