Job Description
You will be responsible for managing chats and calls from international patients, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout their medical tourism journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming chat and call inquiries from international patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about medical services, procedures, and travel arrangements.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-up questions, and any issues related to their medical tourism experience.
- Coordinate with medical professionals and internal departments to ensure seamless patient support.
- Resolve patient concerns and complaints efficiently, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on company services, medical procedures, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the medical or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and international patient needs is advantageous.
