About the role:
Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries on the phone, along with email inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet and exceed customer service performance targets and standards
Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective call handling
Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
About you:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Phone based experience preferred but not essential
Confident and well-mannered
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Technically minded to be able to provide in depth assistance
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Positive and friendly attitude
Strong team player
