Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit 2x seasoned Customer Service Representatives to be the interface between our organisation and our clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing orders and customer service-related tasks to assist in providing a streamlined approach between our clients and our production team.
About the role:
Process orders
Generate quotes
Triage Central Inbox
Order ETA communications and tracking to customer
Order acknowledgment
Maintaining and updating customer profiles
Responding to issues and questions from customers and the internal sales teams
Provide tier 1 post-sale support inclusive of order status, returns, exchanges and the like
Our team currently execute rotating rosters consisting of the below shift patterns below:
Shift 1: 6:30am – 2:30pm
Shift 2: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Shift 3: 11.00am - 7.00pm
Optional weekends and public holiday coverage is available. This is also a rotating and on-call roster with work from home arrangements in place.
What experience should you have?
A strong ‘zero harm’ work ethic
Previous experience working within a technical presale or sale support position (business-to-business)
High level phone mannerisms
Excellent negotiating skills
Highly self-motivated with a ‘can do’ / ‘will do’ drive
Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a diverse and dynamic team
Ability to cope well when working under tight deadlines and associated pressure
Attention to detail and quality
Strong time management and awareness
