AGG DOORS is a busy garage door company servicing both residential and commercial customers across Melbourne. We specialise in new installations, service repairs, and automation. Our team is based in Hallam, and we’d prefer applicants who are located nearby.
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, well-presented, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and can confidently manage a high-volume of phone calls, Messages and emails.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers—answering enquiries, booking jobs, sending quotes, and making sure every customer receives prompt, professional support from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Answer inbound calls professionally and handle customer enquiries with confidence
Book quotes and jobs accurately into our Job Management System Service Titan.
Follow up customers regarding quotes, booking confirmations, payment and job updates and other related matters.
Email quotes and support customers with questions about services and next steps
Process payments at the front desk via EFTPOS
Assist with invoicing, receipting payments, and following up overdue accounts
Accurate data entry and general customer record management
Learn our products/services so you can provide faster, more helpful support
Occasionally organise couriers/posting for products when required
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, reception, or administration (trade/service industry experience is a bonus, not essential)
Strong phone manner, professionalism, and clear communication
Confident with computers and systems, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs is helpful but not required
Reliable, committed, and ready to be a key part of a small, supportive team
