Job Description
Responsible for taking phone calls received at the customer support number and talking to the customer to take delivery orders or inquiries
Responsible to confirm order with the customer, restaurant and talking to delivery boys to ensure delivery of order is completed
Candidate needs to be IT savvy as they need to work on KhayeJao's admin tool and website
Prior customer service rep experience is preferred
Work days - 7 days preferred (Two shift available: Morning from 11am to 7pm IST and Evening from 7pm to 11pm IST). This is flexible and we can talk and work around the candidates need
