1. Experience in handling US clients.

2. Should be able to handle outbound calls related to customers' requests, queries, and complaints.

3. Prepare basic daily reports.

4. Effective problem-solving skills like decision making, and time management.

5. Raise awareness of the campaign to the clients.

6. Should be fluent in English with excellent verbal & communication skills.
