Roles and Responsibilities: -
Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the UK.Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job app locations, and performing phone screeningsShould be sure to send profiles with a rapid turnaround time for on-time torrent request submissions.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsExpertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.Preparing candidates for screening with the clients.Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements promptlyCoordinate with the UK clients, take the feedback until the final placement, and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
Required candidate skills:
Oral and written communication skills.Time-management skills.Ability to interact and communicate.Should be the result and target oriented.Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
