Operations Executive - Customer Verification

Job Description:

Verifying all the documents submitted by the Client/Candidate.Outbound to the Clients & respond to their queries.Inform Clients about the missing documents/information which will be required in order to complete the application procedure.Define/dispatch all the documents/ information via portal/email.Interaction with cross-functional teams via calls/emails to process the complete information.Maintains relationships with clients/cross-functional teams by providing support, information, and guidance.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Experience Range: 0 - 10 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation

Skills Required:

Customer Service, Solving Queries, spoken english, basic computer knowledge,

- Candidates should be based in Ahmedabad only.
