Responsibilities:
• Providing friendly and professional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Identifying and communicating customer needs and feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
