Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders accurately and efficiently
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
Follow established scripts, workflows, and company procedures
Document interactions and update customer records in internal databases
Address customer complaints with patience, empathy, and effective resolution
Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude under pressure
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English and French
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Comfortable following scripts and structured processes
Prior customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Compensation
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Scheduling Needs
We are actively seeking candidates available for evening shifts (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and weekends.
While schedules are based on business needs, open availability is strongly preferred
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
