We’re looking for a World-class Customer Service Representative to help drive growth within Bargain Car Rentals Australia.

About the Role
In this role, you will focus on using your proven sales experience to ‘be a small part of our customer’s great day, not a big part of their bad day.' The role is primarily customer service and sales focussed however there is a need to roll your sleeves up and get the job done from time to time. You will need to be available to work across morning, evening and weekend shifts.
It’s a great established team environment and you’ll be happy to do so because your colleague would do the same for you.
We're looking for someone with an established track record in customer service and Sales - Someone who would be described as:
Goal-oriented, with a real desire to achieve results
Demonstrated ability in a structured sales environment
Diplomatically assertive
Sociable and an engaging personality
Someone who appreciates policies & procedures, yet can think on their feet to create win/win outcomes for customers and the business
Self-initiating and willing to take ownership
Has an open, unrestricted Driver's License
