• Demonstrates problem-solving ability, prioritization skills, and the capacity to interpret tasks effectively.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service role

We are a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week contact centre with full-time and part-time positions available. Please see the available shifts below and choose your preferred shift based on your availability. (Please note, the afternoon shift requires working from home and shift start and end times may vary based on business needs, with 3 weeks' notice provided for any changes)
All successful recruits must be available for six (6) weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday, +:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m on site at Civic Building, Manukau.
