Masport New Zealand has an exciting contract opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for Parental Leave cover (approximately six or seven months).
The role is full-time, Mon-Fri from 8.30am to 5pm (40 hours per week), is office-based and does not allow for working from home. We are located on Ti Rakau Drive in Burswood/East Tamaki.
Masport's Customer Services Team play a crucial part in supporting our Sales Team and Customer Network nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service ‘Super Star’ who is a very quick learner, can adapt seamlessly to different customer situations and has the passion for delivering exceptional customer service “all day, every day”.
This is a busy role within a small team, so the successful candidate needs to be able to settle in quickly, they must be reliable and have the commitment to turn up each day to provide a positive experience for our customers.
The successful candidate must also have:
Experience in customer service answering inbound calls and email queries, this is not a customer facing role.
Clear and excellent English language, both verbal and written.
Excellent listening and reasoning skills, with a level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload, ensuring that all assigned orders and enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion. Organisational skills are a must.
The ability to trouble shoot basic technical queries relating to our products - training will be provided.
A mature, calm and patient demeanour under pressure.
