Job Description
As part of the International Voice Process team, your role will involve handling customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls effectively.
- Resolve customer queries while also escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed call records and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Provide high-quality customer service with clear and effective communication.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Voice Process, with preference given to those with international experience.
- Proficiency in English communication without Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
- Educational qualification of Graduate or Undergraduate level.
Additional Company Details:
The company offers a competitive salary package of 30,000 CTC, based on your experience level. You will be working full-time with a 5.5-day work week, including rotational shifts and offs. Transportation facilities include odd-hour cabs for females and a daily allowance of 180/day for males. Provident Fund benefits are also provided.
