1)Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing various customer issues
2)Customer service duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
3) Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
4) Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5) Processing orders, forms, applications, and requestsand keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6) Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
7) Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
8) Customer service duties and responsibilities will include information of cabs services and to clients and processing payments.
Experience in knowledge in logistics, taxi services and food delivery is a plus.
9) Has to do the logistics for both the applications and field visit for the official work.
