We are currently seeking Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic team. As part of this role, your primary responsibility will be to call businesses and propose to them training programs by companies like_ Times Now, Dell, & Microsoft._ You will play a crucial role as a Customer Service Agent, providing Business necessary information about upscaling their business and expanding their customer base, to excel in today' competitive world.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive calls through automated system to business.
Keep track of successful registration in database like Excel.
Give business reminder call.
Utilize customer service tools and technology effectively to process, track, and report successful registration.
Professionally respond to clients and businesses, promptly escalating issues, complaints, or service disruptions according to established procedures.
Earn incentive for every successful appointment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in verbal English, Hindi & Marathi.
Possess excellent communication skills, including active listening.
Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
Committed to continuous improvement, adaptability to changes, and a strong willingness to learn.
Display creativity, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
