As a Customer Support Representative, the duties and responsibilities include,

1. Analyze, create and manage shipment transportation and customs clearance plans

2. To evaluate each step of the orders, shipment and claim process.

3. Register and maintain shipment data like departure and arrival of freight, variety of charges, damages and Claims.

4. Maintain efficient transportation tracking status for clients as well as the company.

5. Examine the Customs Clearance and transportation chain process accurately.
