• Identify leads flowing through multiple channels e.g. phone, live chat, email, signup forms
• Keep track of existing customers.
• Engage with prospective leads at various levels and converting them into sales.
• Dealing with customer grievances and redressal
Required Candidate profile
• Compulsory to have International (US/UK) Voice Process Experience.
• Prefer candidates who have handled sales process on outbound calls.
• Soft-spoken, persuasive, persistent, and professional while communicating with prospects via phone and email.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and push boundaries.
• Winning mentality with strong work ethics.
• Open to work in UK / USA shifts.
