Job Description
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Work remotely for a fast-paced call center, engaging & educating customers.
Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
Assist customers in locating jewelry on the website and placing orders over the phone.
Answer customer inquiries regarding product sales.
Answer customer inquiries regarding order shipments and transaction tracking.
Troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.
Required Skills:
Experience working in a customer service and/or sales role is strongly preferred.
Past experience in Jewelry / Luxury sales is preferred.
Preferably should have grown up in the US or at least lived there for 5 years+.
Must have exceptional follow-through, initiative, and attention to details, as well as problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Fluent English language proficiency required.
Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
Ability to navigate the internet, multiple browsers, email, and instant messenger/chat tools.
Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
Strong ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task.
