What you'll be doing:
As part of our 100% NZ based contact centre, you'll help our customers by assessing their needs and providing an exceptional customer experience. On an average day, you'll be taking 30+ incoming calls, having customer conversations without scripts, confidently navigating multiple IT systems and be a fountain of insurance knowledge. Typical conversations will be helping customers update their personal details, make changes to existing policies, providing personalised financial advice, taking payments and the occasional quote for new insurance policies.
