Customer Service Representative | Hastings

We have an exciting opportunity on offer for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team in our BNT, Hastings Branch.

You’ll be responsible with giving our customers an exceptional service, this includes answering any questions, processing orders, but most importantly building rapport and strong relationships with our customers. You’ll also play a critical part in ensuring the branches success in meeting its targets by maximising on every customer interaction and making the most of opportunities to upsell!
