We are hiring freshers for the role of Customer Service Representative in our freight forwarding team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to begin a career in logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with shipment queries and updates
Support the team with documentation and data entry
Track shipments and coordinate with internal departments
Communicate with clients via email and phone
Learn about logistics processes and customer handling
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Must have a good academic record
Strong communication skills
Basic MS Office knowledge
Willingness to learn and grow
Positive attitude and team player
Salary:
₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on interview and academic performance)
