Customer Relationship Profile
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contacting potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Sales meeting with customers with company credit manager for consulting.
Go the “extra mile” to facilitate sales.
Liaising between bankers and SME Customer.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Skills Required:
Fresher & experienced in banking and financial sector.
Knowledge of financial documents is must ( preferred for fresher)
Candidate worked with financial sector DSA in Loan department can also apply
Eager to learn new things and grow with go-getter attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of Hindi & English
Patient and friendly person
Good time-management skills

Salary:
₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month (based on interview) [ For Fresher(0-3 years) Candidate ]
₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month (based on interview)[ For Experience(3+ years) candidate ]
Benefits: Incentives for target achievements (can varies from ₹2,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month)Timing:
10.00 a.m to 6.30 p.m (Late coming is not allowed more than 3 times in a month, max. 30 min late)Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus (Based on yearly review and performance)Education: 12+ and Graduate & above (Preferred)Interview location: Same as company addressInterview timing: 11.00 am to 2.00 pmLeave Policy: 1 day paid leave in a month apart from company holiday and Sunday (can be called on job if required urgent)
