Customer Service Representative
Ensuring the allocated games is performing efficiently. Communicate with the technical team if a game gets dysfunctional and take ownership to get the games repaired within the stipulated time. Assisting and guiding the Operating Staffs in the peak time to manage the guestss. Update the guests about gaming and F&B offers & add-ons. Responsible to fulfill the gaming target. Conduct and attend briefing sessions for gaming crew. Reports to manager if any game does not meet guests's satisfaction. Implements and communicate offers associated with the games to gaming crew and guestss. Manning of adequate staffing, preparing roaster and allocating them shifts and zones in the center. Resolve daily and regular concerns for staff and guests. Being on the floor always and ensuring the maximum delight for all guests.Work Remotely
