Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked, analyzed and reported on. The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 3-5 years, with knowledge of Google Sheet being important and adding additional value to the setup.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the customer relationship management system, ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked, analyzed, and reported on.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze customer data and provide reports to management on customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies to promote customer engagement.
• Provide training and support to team members on customer relationship management best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM or related field.
• Knowledge of Google Sheet is important and will add additional value to the setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work the standard working hours of +:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Salary:
The pay scale offered for this position is between 13k-17k, subject to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
