• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service during all client interactions.
• Update and manage client data using CRM software, ensuring all interactions and appointments are recorded.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns pro Visa Roots mptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and build long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new services offered by Visa Roots.
Requirements:
• Excellent command of English and Malayalam language.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
