Job Description
Our ideal candidate is someone who can ensure that our customers receive the best customer service by reacting quickly and effectively to customers to ensure that each customer interaction with Matthews Packaging is as positive as possible
This role will be the first line of contact with customers when they call or email for assistance. This position requires a high level of customer service present with every customer contact. Duties include providing quality service to enhance the brand we offer.
The ability to handle a variety of tasks is a must, as well as is exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are looking for self-motivated team players to join our Mangere team located in Auckland. The role is primarily based in the office and warehouse, including manual handling and physical work. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday in from 7:00am - 4:30pm
