Job Purpose
To process applications and verify all documents submitted by the customer via outbound calls.
Responsible for verifying documents and maintaining data. Ascertain the verification process as
per client guidelines. Liaising with the client and network marketing companies for a smoother
business flow.
Responsibilities
Daily processing applications and updating the same in Excel and Database.
Outbound calling to customers to verify their profile.
Resolving customer queries.
Co-ordinate with network marketing companies and clients with respect to different
requirements.
Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Data Maintenance
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
