Kaamwalibais.com is a Mumbai-based company with over 16 years of experience in providing housemaids, babysitters, cooks, patient care, aaya's, peons, nurses, ward boys, elderly care, and more. We are committed to providing reliable and trustworthy services to our clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves interacting with Maids over the phone, and in-person. The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer, maid's records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months exp. as a CSE / B2C Sales / Tele calling Sales
(Freshers willing to work are also welcomed)
QUALIFICATIONS: SSC / HSC / Bachelor's degree in any field
JOB LOCATION: MAROL, ANDHERI EAST
SKILLS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi
Candidates with experience in customer service will be given first preference.
