Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site role located in Mumbai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through different communication channels such as phone.. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to addressing different inquiries, processing orders, escalating issues, and following up with clients. You will work closely in a team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet quotas.
Qualifications
• Undergraduates and Graduates are most welcome
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve disputes and handle difficult conversations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when processing orders and entering data
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Process - Banking / Travel / Technical / Telecom
• Shift - Rotational (Depending on the Process)
• Transportation - Home pick up and drop
• Job location - Mumbai, (western/ Central/ Harbour)
• Salary - Freshers 15k to 25k
• Experience - 25k to 60k
