Hilton is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, possessing strong soft skills in adaptability and communication.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional customer service to guests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
2. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their bookings.
4. Resolving issues and complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and provide seamless service.
6. Maintaining knowledge of Hilton's products and services to provide accurate information to guests.
7. Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:
1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
6. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits.
