Job Description
✅ Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Support
Handle incoming customer calls professionally
Resolve queries related to:
Orders & deliveries
Product information (size, color, fabric, pricing)
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Maintain polite and helpful communication
2. Outbound Support
Make follow-up calls
Order confirmation
Delivery updates
Feedback & customer satisfaction
Coordinate with customers for exchange/return processes
3. Email Support
Respond to customer emails promptly
Handle complaints, requests and escalations
Maintain proper email etiquette and documentation
4. WhatsApp & Chat Support
Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp and website chat
Share order details, tracking links, product images & size guidance
Ensure timely and accurate responses
5. Order & CRM Management
Update customer interactions in CRM system
Coordinate with warehouse & delivery partners
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Typing skills (chat/email support)
Customer-friendly attitude & patience
1–3 years experience preferred.
