Responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative (Part-Time Evening Shift: 5 PM - 11 PM)
As a CSR working the evening shift from 5 PM to 11 PM, you'll be an essential part of our team, handling customer inquiries and scheduling service calls during after-hours
You will ensure seamless customer service even during the later hours, supporting our day shift team by managing calls that continue into the evening
You will work in a fast-paced environment and need to be dependable, reliable, and self-driven
Convert inbound calls into booked service/maintenance calls
Gather detailed service request information for our dispatch and service teams
Schedule and renew service appointments using our scheduling software (experience with Service Titan or similar platforms preferred)
Assist customers with inquiries, service questions, and concerns
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions
