The Role:
Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of glass products company that is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Customer Service Representative/Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, ongoing, with a view to become permanent.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering phone calls in a professional and prompt manner
Greeting customers and assisting with any sale enquiries
Provide product information and support
Quoting, invoicing, purchase orders, stock transfers and inventory
Admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
