Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, offering knowledgeable and professional service.
Verify customer age and ensure all sales comply with NZ vaping regulations.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
Restock shelves and maintain organised product displays.
Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
Provide product information, including flavour and nicotine options.
Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently and politely.
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen interest in vaping products or willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team.
Attention to detail, especially around compliance and ID checks.
Must be currently based in New Zealand (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
